An energetic road warrior, Jim supervises the manufacturing and production of the many Cosmos flavors, is responsible for vendor relations, coordinates employee scheduling, and occassionally sells Cosmos directly at shows.

Is Cosmos popcorn?
No, it's gourmet oven baked corn – it's better because there are no hulls or kernels. It's tastier, too.

What's the best way to enjoy Cosmos warm?
Preheat your oven to about 150 F, place a shallow layer of Cosmos on a cookie sheet, and bake for about ten minutes. We strongly advise against using a microwave.

Is Cosmos safe for braces and other dental work?
Because Cosmos has no kernels or husks, it's usually gentle enough for anyone with braces, retainers, and other appliances to enjoy. If you're not sure, take a sample to your orthodontist's office and ask.

Does Planetary Food Group do business with wholesale buyers?
Yes, if you own or work for a business with an EIN (also known as a tax ID number). Contact us to obtain more information.

Is nutrition information for Cosmos available online?
Each product page contains a copy of the Nutrition Facts panel required by federal law.

Are there plans for new varieties or flavors of Cosmos?
Development of new products takes a significant amount of time. Visit our news section for the latest information about new flavors.

Is Cosmos safe for people who have food allergies?
Those who are allergic to dairy products and nuts are cautioned that the Cosmos product line is manufactured in a facility that uses and processes those ingredients. Every package includes an allergenics warning as well as the ingredients list.
